Service Description
Host your dream wedding at Mirabelle Farm & Vineyard — a stunning rustic vineyard venue in Ashville, Ohio. Our flexible indoor/outdoor spaces include: • The Gathering Room – Climate-controlled, 55 seated guests • The Vineyard Patio – Open-air, 40 seated guests • The Vineyard Allée – Exchange vows between the vines • The Lawn & Tent area – Accommodates tents up to 20×60 ft Available Sunday through Friday, 10 AM–10 PM. Rental fee is $2,500 (tax included). A $500 deposit is collected at booking to secure your date, with the $2,000 balance due before your event. Deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior. Bring your own décor and caterer. We provide Mirabelle wine service and bartending. No outside alcohol permitted (A-2 farm winery permit). No-smoking venue. Event liability insurance required ($1M COI naming Mirabelle Farm and Vineyard LLC, due 7 days prior). Optional tent add-on: $250 for a 20×30 ft white tent.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your date. Deposits are fully refundable if the event is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the reserved date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of the event. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the event.
