Service Description
Host your next celebration at Mirabelle Farm & Vineyard — a beautiful vineyard setting in Ashville, Ohio. Pricing: $100/hour. A $100 deposit is collected at booking to secure your date; the remaining balance is due at the start of your event. Deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior. Availability: • Monday–Friday: 8 AM–10 PM • Saturday: 8 AM–1:30 PM • Sunday: 8 AM–8 PM (dry events only — no alcohol served) Our spaces: • The Gathering Room – Climate-controlled, 55 seated guests • The Vineyard Patio – Open-air, 40 seated guests • The Vineyard Allée – Immersive garden party setting • The Lawn & Tent area – Accommodates tents up to 20×60 ft Bring your own décor and caterer. Mirabelle wine and beverage service available Monday–Saturday. No outside alcohol permitted. Optional tent add-on: $250 for a 20×30 ft white tent.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure your date. Deposits are fully refundable if the event is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the reserved date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 7 days of the event. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the event.
